Overall Job Purpose:
The primary function of the role is to develop management information solutions using strong technical skills and business understanding. Developing VBA macros (excel, access and outlook), SAP BW and Business Objects to cover the reporting and analysis needs of HR. The role will also involve requirements analysis, performance, testing, rapid application development and formal analysis.
Essential Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, (not necessarily from an HR background)
- Strong Excel skills (to Macro level)
- Good A level results including Mathematics
- Degree educated
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role and environment
Desirable Skills:
- Excel BW and BO.
- Excel BEX - Business Explorer.
